Robyn McQuaid

Department of Neuroscience

Robyn McQuaid is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience and a Scientist at the Royal’s Institute of Mental health Research in the Culture and Gender Research unit. Her work is multidisciplinary, examining how psychosocial, sociodemographic and biological correlates of various stressors come together to explain mental health. One stream of her research looks at Indigenous wellness including the continued intergenerational impacts of historical traumas on current health disparities among First Nations youth and adults.
